We dive into the five elements of Ayurveda and how they influence everything from aging and disease prevention to overall balance in our daily lives. We also take a hard look at the modern lifestyle and its impact on heart disease, cancer, and metabolic disorders, breaking down how environmental toxins, diet, and stress play a critical role in these conditions.
This episode is filled with practical steps for integrating Ayurvedic principles into everyday life, from nourishing food choices to detoxification and mindful living.
